NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Mr Tharsan Sivapathasundaram applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 24/01/2024 for a licence to use the premises at Scholemoor Convenience Store, 21 Scholemoor Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD7 2RL for the sale by retail of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 23:55. Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU by 8th March 2024. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between 09.00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
