• The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the
premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-
00:00
Representations can be made within 28 consecutive days,
starting the day after receipt of the application by the
Council. To be considered, representations must be
received by the Council by 15/03/2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
