Notice is given that an application has been made to Folkestone & Hythe District Council, the Licensing Authority for a; PREMISES LICENCE - VARIATION

To permit licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out, on or from the premise shown below. Anything of a similar description to that which falls within live music, recorded music, or performances of dance. Mon-Sat 12:00-22:30 Sun 12:00-21:00 Date by which representations must be made 8th March 2024.

'Due to the Deregulation Act 2015, amplified live and recorded music are no longer licensable between 8:00&23:00 where a alchol licence exits,' This notice remains in force from and including the day after the giving of this notice to the licensing authority, namely 10th February 2024, for 28 consecutive days.
