NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that an application has been made to Folkestone & Hythe District Council, the Licensing Authority for a; PREMISES LICENCE - VARIATION

To permit licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out, on or from the premise shown below. Details of applications can be viewed via the Online Licensing Register at the Web address above quoting Process number PR202401-98770. Or can be viewed by appointment between the hours of 10.00-16.00 Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays) at Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please make an appointment by calling 01303 853660. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to the following address before the date shown below: Licensing, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2QY or online at https://www.folkestone-hythe.gov.uk/licensing/comment-licence-application.Name of applicant Steven Harwood-Brown Name and postal address of the premises Picklebacks Cocktail Bar & Coffee Shop, 20 Cheriton Place, Folkestone, CT20 2AZ.

Statement of intended licensable activities[must include activities,days and times] The premises licence holder is applying to vary the following times: Alcohol sales-on/off Sun-Thur 09:00-23:00 Fri-Sat 09:00-01:00 Late-night refreshment Fri-Sat 23:00-01:00 Premises Opening Hours Sun-Thur 09:00-23:30 Fri-Sat 09:00-01:30. Anything of a similar description to that which falls within live music, recorded music, or performances of dance. Mon-Sat 12:00-22:30 Sun 12:00-21:00 Date by which representations must be made 8th March 2024.

'Due to the Deregulation Act 2015, amplified live and recorded music are no longer licensable between 8:00&23:00 where a alchol licence exits,' This notice remains in force from and including the day after the giving of this notice to the licensing authority, namely 10th February 2024, for 28 consecutive days.
