Notice is hereby given that an application
was made to Leicester City.
Popeyes Pizza and Burger (40 Welford road LE2 7AA) has
applied for a late night refreshments under the above act.
Proposed days and hour 6pm-5am(7 days). The postal
address of licensing authority where the register is kept and
application may be inspected is: Customer Service Centre
91 Granby Street Leicester LE1 6FB. Anybody wishing to
make a representation on this matter shell give in notice
in writing before 04/03/24 to the licensing officer, City Hall,
115 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1FZ within 28 days of
the application above. Further details on how to make a

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement connection with an application and
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
