Regulation 25 Notice

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We at Beak Social Club Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of the premises known as Beak Mrkt, 47 Trafalgar Street, Brighton, BN1 4ED for the following licensable activities on or from the premises:

Sale/Supply of Alcohol - Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:00.

Any person who desires to make a representation regarding this application must give notice in writing to: EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or the Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 11th March 2024 with a brief written statement of the grounds of their objection.

The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
