OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A
PREMISES LICENCE (under Sections 17)
Name of Applicant: Delta Lounge Cardiff Ltd. Postal
address of premises: 62-64 Lower Cathedral Road,
Riverside, Cardiff. CF11 6LT. Statement of Relevant
Licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on
or from the premises by way of a variation to the existing
premises licence together with the relevant times. The
variations requested to the licence are as follows: To
increase the hours from those presently in existence
to the following: 1. The sale of alcohol by retail for
consumption ON and OFF the premises to: Sunday to
Thursday 09:00 to 04:00, Friday and Saturday. 09:00
to 06:00: 2. Regulated Entertainment: The provision of
films, live and recorded music and anything of a similar
description to: Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 04:00, Friday
and Saturday 23.00 to 06:00: 3. The provision of late night
refreshment for consumption ON and OFF the premises
to: Sunday to Thursday 23.00 to 04:00, Friday to Saturday
23:00 to 06:00: 4. The premises to be licensed on New
Year's Eve until start of permitted hours on the 1st January.
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing
Authority, Cardiff County Council, Regulatory Services
Licensing Section, City Hall, Cardiff CF10 3ND between
9.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public
holidays). Any representations must be made in writing to
the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.
uk by 05/03/2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an application
punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
