NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PROVISIONAL STATEMENT
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Canary Wharf Retail Ltd has applied to Tower Hamlets Council on 6th February 2024 for the grant of a provisional statement in respect of the premises at Unit 1,4th floor, DS8, Plateau Asia, 16-19 Canada Square E14 5ER for the provision of live and recorded music, late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Wednesday 10:00 - 00:00, Thursday to Saturday 10:00 - 01:00, Sunday 10:00 - 23:00, plus non-standard hours, all as more particularly set out in the application and plan attached thereto.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall 160 Whitechapel Road, London El 1BJ to be received by no later than 5th March 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. If a provisional statement is granted, the ability to make representations to the subsequent premises licence application will be restricted. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Councils offices Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
