NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 16th January 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Cheshire West & Chester Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Red Ensign, Parkgate Road, Saughall, Chester, Cheshire CH1 6JS. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00:00 and 24:00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port CH65 0BA no later than the 7th March 2024 stating the grounds for representations.
