What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation to a Premises Licence

We Berkeley Service Station Limited hereby give notice that an application was made to Stroud District Council on the 5th February 2024 for the Grant of a Variation to a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Berkeley Service Station Limited Berkeley Heath Berkeley Gloucestershire GL13 9ET from which the following licensable activities are proposed.

The sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises 24 hours a day, and Late Night

Refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday.

Details of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at Licensing Council Offices Ebley Bill Stroud Gloucestershire GL5 4UB or online at www.stroud.gov.uk.

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations

being the 04/03/2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
