APPLICANT: BEWICKS AMBLE LIMITED
PREMISES: BEWICKS KITCHEN AND COFFEE HOUSE, 73 QUEEN STREET, AMBLE, MORPETH, NORTHUMBERLAND NE65 0DA.
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the grant of a premises licence in accordance with a submitted plan. The premises shall operate primarily as restaurant, bar and cafe. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: (1) Opening Times 08:00 to 23:30 Every Day; (2) The Supply of Alcohol by retail (on/off sales) 11:00 to 23:00 Every Day; and Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 23:30 Every Day. An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service, Northumberland County Council, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington NE23 3JP. Representations must be received by 5th March 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed at www.northumberland.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
