APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
H K ODEDRA LTD has applied to Bolsover District Council for Premises Licence for H K ODEDRA LTD, FORMER POLICE STATION, CENTRAL DRIVE, SHIREBROOK, NG20 8BE to sell or supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday to Sunday, Start 06:00 Finish 22:00.
Any person intending to make a relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by not later than 01 March 2024 to the Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, Bolsover District Council, District Council Offices, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth,
Chesterfield, S42 6NG or by e-mailing licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk.
The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to contact the Licensing Section beforehand on 01246 217884 / 217885 to arrange an appointment.
IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to fine of up to £5,000 on summary conviction.
