What is proposed?
APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE
LICENSING ACT 2003
Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd is applying for the GRANT of a
Time Limited Premises Licence for: Centenary Square
Summer Series 2024, Centenary Square, Broad Street,
Birmingham B1 2ND. If GRANTED the application will allow
the following licensable activities: regulated entertainment
in the form of plays; film exhibitions; live and recorded
music; dance performance and activities of a similar
description to live and recorded music or dance
performance and the sale and supply of alcohol, all
activities from 17.00 until 22.30 each day. The Licence is
to be time limited for the period 23rd to 26th August 2024
(4 event days) and for a capacity of 4,999 per event day.

person who wishes to make a representation
must do so in writing, preferably by email to:

17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. Representations must be
made in writing within 28 days of the date of this notice, i.e.
by midnight on 4 March 2024.
It is an offence, under section 158 Licensing Act 2003, to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in
connection with this application. Those who make a false
statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of
any amount.
