What is proposed?

Application for grant of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Dishoom Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, for grant of a premises licence for Permit Room, Ground Floor & Basement, North Bailey House, New Inn Hall Street, Oxford OX1 2RP as follows: To permit supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment between 0800 and 0000 and late-night refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday. Under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence, liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
