LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to Watford Borough Council on 31st January 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at TJX UK (Head office) 73 Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1TX for the sale by retail of alcohol, live and recorded music, dance/plays/films/indoor sports and performances of dance on Monday to Friday 17:00-23:00 - licensable activities shall be ancillary to use of the premises as offices, as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Watford Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX to be received by no later than 29th February 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.watford.gov.uk or by appointment al [he Council's offices during office hours It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection application for a premises li the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
