NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Thamesworth Limited to the Licensing Authority of City of Westminster for a Premises Licence for Simmons, 11 Woodstock Street, London, W1C 2AE. The proposed licensable activities are the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 23:30 and Late Night Refreshment each day of the week between 23:00 to 00:30.

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5QP at any time up to and including 4 March 2024.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
