LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 1st February 2024, Wellington Pub Company Plc applied to West Northamptonshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Melody’s, 94 Bridge Street, Northampton NN1 1PD. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Sundays to Thursdays between the hours of 10.00 to 03.00 and Fridays to Saturdays between the hours of 10.00 to 04.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Sundays to Thursdays between the hours of 23.00 to 03.00 and Fridays to Saturdays between the hours of 23.00 to 04.00. 3. To permit live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description on Sundays to Thursdays between the hours of 10.00 to 03.00 and Fridays to Saturdays between the hours of 10.00 to 04.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Team, West Northants Council, Guildhall, St Giles Square, Northampton NN1 1DE or by email to licensing.nbc@westnorthants.gov.uk no later than the 29th February 2024 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of West Northamptonshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected by contacting the Council by email to licensing.nbc@westnorthants.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 126 7000. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
