NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to Winchester City Council on 31st January 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald's Restaurants, Unit D13 Whiteley Shopping Centre, Whiteley Way, Whiteley, Fareham, PO15 7PD for the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 00:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to the :-Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ to arrive no later than 28th February 2024. Details of representations received will be forwarded to the applications to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and may be published on the Council's website.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
