Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Zizzi Restaurants Limited has
applied to Tewksbury Borough Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
Zizzi, Unit 65-67, Cotswold Designer Outlet, Platinum Drive,
Tewkesbury, GL20 7FY. The proposed licensable activities
and their hours are: The Sale by Retail of Alcohol (for
consumption on and off the premises) from 11:00 until
00:00 (midnight) Monday to Sundays. The provision of
recorded music from 11:00 until 00:30 Mondays to
Sundays. Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 00:30
Mondays to Sundays. Opening Hours from 11:00 until
00:30 Mondays to Sundays. Any representations regarding
the above-mentioned application must be received in
writing by Licensing Team, Tewkesbury Borough Council,
Council Offices, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury GL20 5TT
no later than 28th February 2024 stating the grounds for
representation. The register of Tewksbury Borough Council
and the record of the application may be inspected at the
address of the council, given above, during normal
business hours or on the council’s website –
www.tewkesbury.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
