APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Tesco Express, 9 Leeming Lane North,
Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottingham, NG19 9HZ
Notice is given that - Tesco Stores Limited has
applied to Mansfield District Council Licensing
Authority for a Premises Licence or Club Premises
Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003. The
licensable activities are: The provision of late-night
refreshment (indoors) on the following days:
Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00. The sale by retail of
alcohol for consumption off the premises on the
following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing
to: The Licensing Manager, Mansfield District
Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South,
Mansfield, Notts. NG19 7BH. Representations must
be received no later than: 23/02/2024. The
Application Record and Register may be viewed
during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5
on the standard scale.
