Name of Applicant: Loungers UK Limited. Address: Lounge, 21/22b High Street, Lymington, SO41 9YJ. Licensing Authority: New Forest District Council. Licensing Authority Address: Licensing, New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, SO43 7PA (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours). Licensing Authority Website: www.newforest.gov.uk.

The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities: 1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 1000 and 2400 daily for consumption on and off the premises. 2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 0030 daily. Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 22 February 2024. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@nfdc.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
