NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES

LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Central England Co-operative
Limited has applied to Chorley Council on 26th January
2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises
at Central Co-op, Block B, Units 1-3 Knowles Way, Botany
Bay Business Park, Chorley, PR6 9AF for the sale of
alcohol for consumption off the premises from 07:00 until
22:00 Mondays to Sundays. A copy of the Application can
be viewed at the:- Civic Offices, Union Street, Chorley,
PR7 1AL or online at www.chorley.gov.uk. Any person
who wishes to make representations in relation to this
application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic
Offices, Union Street, Chorley, PR7 1AL. The final date for
representations is 2359hrs on 23rd February 2024.
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
