Licensing Act 2003 Application for a Premises Licence

Name of applicant: AJS UK LTD Working in Partnership Almek FMS LTD and Seven Entertainment Premises Name and Address: Rio Bingo Club, 124/126 Furtherwick Road, Canvey Island, Essex SS8 7AL Statement of relevant licensable activities or relevant qualifying club activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises.

AJSUKLTD propose to reopen the Rio Bingo Club in Canvey Island for the sole purpose of providing the game of bingo, with the ancillary offering of the sale of alcoholic drinks and the provision of gaming machines. These facilities will be available to members only and will only be available from 11:00 - 23:00 every day. Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 20th February 2024 A copy of the application can be viewed at the council offices during working hours or on the website www.castlepoint.gov.uk/licensing
