What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Comic Enterprises Limited has
applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of Premises known as The Glee Club,
Unit 2, 123 Albion Street, Great George Street, Leeds
LS2 8ER. The proposed licensable activities and their hours
are: 1. The provision of plays, films, live music, recorded
music, performance of dance and anything of a similar
description and sale of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays
10:00 to 03:00. 2. Late Night Refreshment on Mondays to
Sundays 23:00 to 03:00. 3. Hours of opening Mondays to
Sundays 10:00 to 03:30. Any representations by an
interested party or responsible authority regarding the
above-mentioned application must be received in writing
by Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic
Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR no later than 27th February 2024
stating the grounds for objection. The register of Leeds City
Council and the record of the application may be inspected

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
