NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE / CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Notice is hereby given that Humdingers Catering Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Islington for a Premises Licence Certificate to permit: Recorded Music, Sale of Alcohol On & Off The Premises Monday – Sunday 0700 – 1900 for the Humdingers Rosebery situated at 41 Rosebery Avenue, EC1R 4SH. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.islington.gov.uk and following the link to the Licensing Register. Email licensing@islington.gov.uk to request a copy of the application within 28 days from the date of this notice.  

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice by emailing licensing@islington.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 26/02/2024. Representations received by post will not be accepted. Representations must include your full name and address. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.   

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
