We Himalayan Fusion PVT Ltd do hereby serve notice on 26th January 2024 that it our intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Himalayan Fusion, 128 Seaside Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3PF for the following licensable activities : Supply of Alcohol (on and off the premises) 10:00 to 23:30 Monday to Sunday and New Years Eve until 01:00.
Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music) 08:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday and New Years Eve until 01:00.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk or Licensing Team Eastbourne Town Hall Grove Road Eastbourne BN21 4UG no later than midnight on 22nd February 2024.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
