What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003
We, Peps Bar and Restaurant Limited, have applied to the
Licensing Authority for Stoke on Trent City Council for the
grant of a Premises Licence for Peps Bar and Restaurant,
100 - 104, High Street, Tunstall, Stoke on Trent. ST6 5TJ
The proposed licensable activities include:
To permit the sale of alcohol by Monday to Sunday inclusive
between 10:00 and 02:00 hours.
To permit regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday
inclusive between 10:00 and 02:00 hours.
To provide late night refreshment Monday to Sunday
inclusive between 23:00 and 02:00 hours.

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make
written representation to the Licensing Authority at any time
up to 24th February 2024.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000
