Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence
Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that Jamaya JC Ltd have applied
to the Bristol City Council Licensing Authority, 100 Temple
Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG for a new Premises Licence for
Jamaya, Unit 2B Millenium Parade, Harbourside, Bristol,
BS1 5TY. The record of the application may also be
inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and between 10.00
am and 5.00 pm on Wednesday. It may also be inspected
on the Councils website at www.bristol.gov.uk The
application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption
on the premises from 12.00 to 23.00 Monday to Saturday
and from 12.00 to 22.00 Sunday. Other persons and
responsible authorities may make written representation
to the Licensing Authority by 22nd February 2024. Such
representation shall be made in writing to: The Licensing
Team (100TS), PO Box 3399 Bristol, BS1 9NE or via email:
licensing@bristol.gov.uk It is an offence under Section
158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence
