NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th January 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Somerset Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises: Asda Express PFS Nunney Catch, Nunney Catch, Frome, Somerset BA11 4NZ.

The proposed licensable activities are;-

1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Department, The Council Offices, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 5BT no later than the 23rd February 2024 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Somerset Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
