NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that We, Lemon n Thyme Limited, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Lemon N Thyme, 4 Regents Court, Consett, Durham, DH8 5FA. For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activity: - Supply of Alcohol (Indoors & Outdoors)- Monday to Sunday - 12:00 until 22:00, Live Music (Indoors) 14:00 until 22:00, Recorded Music (Indoors) 10:00 until 22:00. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm. Any representation about this application must be made in writing by the 20th February 2024 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ or email to licensing@durham.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
