Application to Vary a Premises Licence/ Club Premises Certificate
Notice is hereby given that an application for the variation of a Premises Licence/ Club Premises Certificate under the above mentioned legislation has been made by: David Muscroft to West Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as No17 Coffee & Cocktails Ltd which are situated at 17 Marshalls Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA.
The proposed licensed activity(ies) to be carried on at the premises is as follows: Extend the hours of the Sale of alcohol 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday & off premises sales of alcohol.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of: Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall's Yard, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 2NA during normal office hours (by appointment only). Any representations by other persons or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council at the above address by 20th February 2024.
