What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that I, Shane Michael Fazackerley of Extranjero Ltd have on the 15th day of January 2024 applied to Huntingdonshire District Council as the Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence for Rumpoles Tearooms and Wine Bar of 22 Bridge Street, St Ives. Cambs, PE27 5EG for The selling of Alcohol between the hours of 10am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 10am to 11pm Friday, Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday and the playing of live piano/acoustic music at the following times: 12 noon to 11pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday and recorded music 10am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 10am to 11pm Friday, Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday. Late night refreshment will be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 11pm on Live Music event evenings. Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Huntingdonshire District Council, Licensing Section, Pathfinder House, St. Mary's Street, Huntingdon, Cambs, PE29 3TN. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 11th February 2024. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
