What is proposed?

Application For A Premises Licence

Adventure Leisure Limited has applied to Dacorum Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence, in respect of the following premises: Mulligans, Units 4, 5 & 6/7, Jarman Park, Hemel Hempstead, Herts HP2 4JS. Which would authorise the following licensable activities: For sale by retail of alcohol on the premises, showing of films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, dancing, entertainment and late night refreshment.
1) Opening Hours - 09:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday.
2) Sale by retail of alcohol on the premises 10:00 to 01:30 Monday to Sunday.
3) Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music, Recorded Music, Dancing and Anything of a Similar Description (Entertainment) 10:00 to 01:30 Monday to Sunday. All of the above to extend from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Years Day. Good Friday and Christmas Day respectively 09:00 to 00:00 (Opening Hours Good Friday and Christmas Day respectively 09:00 to 00:00).
4) Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 01:30 Monday to Sunday – New Years Eve until 05:00 New Years Day.
A copy of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at: Licensing, Dacorum Borough Council The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1DN or via the licensing authorities website at www.dacorum.gov.uk/licensing . A responsible authority or any other person may make representation to the licensing authority in respect of this application. Representations must be made in writing, either by post to the above address, or by email to licensing@dacorum.gov.uk and must be received no later than 19th February 2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard
scale (£5,000).
