LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE


Premises: Food Warehouse,Unit F, Ashford Retail Park, Ashford, TN24 0SG.

Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Ashford Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 23:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Monday 26th February 2024 to Licensing Team, Ashford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL.

It is an offence to knowingly, or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
