What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 25th January 2024 Falah Hasan Ahmed applied to Hull City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Premier Sowa, 117 Sculcoates Lane, Hull HU5 1DN. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06:00 to 23:00. This is a relocation of the existing licence at 107 Sculcoates Lane. 
That licence will be surrendered upon the grant of this licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston Upon Hull HU9 1DB or email liquor@hullcc.gov.uk no later than the 22nd February 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Hull City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above council address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
