Notice is Hereby Given that we AMPTHILL INVESTMENTS LTD have made an application for a full variation to a premises licence/ club premises certificate held at: MERCURE ALBRIGHTON HALL HOTEL & SPA, ELLESMERE ROAD, ALBRIGHTON, SY4 3AG.

Alterations to conditions, activities or site plans as follows: ADD THE PROVISION OF DANCE AND LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENTS TO THE LICENCE AND INCREASE THE SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL HOURS TO 01:00 HOURS SUN - THUR, 03:00 FRI-SAT AND INCLUDE 24 HOURS FOR RESIDENTS AND THEIR BONEFIDE GUESTS. 

Any persons wishing to make comments must do so in writing to the Licensing Team, Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND or email licensing@shropshire.gov.uk within 28 days from the date of this notice. Applications can be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. Further details and procedures can be found online at www. shropshire.gov. uk /licensing Dated: 14/02/2024 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
