NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mr Man Wai Lee has applied to
Manchester City Council on 19th of January 2024 for the
grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 13 Jack
Rosenthal Street, Manchester, M15 4FN
For the following proposed licensable activities
Live music, recorded music,
Sun to Thu 10am to midnight, Fri& Sat 10am to 1am
(indoors)
Performance of dance
Sun to Thu 10am to midnight, Fri& Sat 10am to 1am (Both
indoors and outdoors)
Provision of late night refreshment (indoors):
Sun to Thu 11pm to midnight, Fri & Sat 11pm to 1am
The supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the
premises:Sun to Thu 10am to midnight, Fri & Sat 10am to
1am
Any person who wishes to make a representation in
relation
to this application must give notice in writing to: Premises
Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square,
Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA Or by e-mail to:
premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk to be received by
no later than 19th of February 2024 stating the grounds for
making said representation. The Licensing register and
Record of application are available for inspection at the
above office by appointment only. For further details e-mail

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
or in connection with an application for a premises licence
and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an
offence is unlimited.
