Notice of application for a variation of a Premises Licence (Section 34 of the Act) Name of applicant: Dope Ayawavi Dagban Address of premises or club: JJE Cafe Bar, 33 King Street, Dudley, Postcode: DY2 8NY Proposed Variation from the existing Licence or Certificate : Supply of Alcohol as follows:- Monday to Sunday: 12:00 – 22:30, Recorded Music Monday - Saturday 16:00 - 23:00 , Sunday 14:00 - 23:00 

The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Mondays to Fridays except public holidays). 

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between: 23/01/2024 and 19/02/2024 to Interim Director of Environment Directorate, Licensing Services, Unit 1 Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UF. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
