What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by KK&MV Hair and Beauty Limited to the Licensing Authority of Westminster City Council for a new Premises Licence for 6 Queen Street, Mayfair, W1J 5PA. The application seeks to permit the following: 1. The sale of alcohol (on sales) from 12:00 until 19:00 Monday to Sunday. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Westminster City Council, 64 Victoria Street, SW1E 6QP. www.westminster.gov.uk. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 16 February 2024.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
