What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th January 2024 T.J. Morris Limited applied to Thurrock Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Unit A2C Lakeside Retail Park, West Thurrock RM20 1WN.
The proposed licensable activities are the sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00:00 to 24:00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by the Licensing Department, Thurrock Council, New Road, Grays RM17 6SL no later than the 15th February 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Thurrock Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
