What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to HACKNEY COUNCIL for a Premises Licence under the above Act on 16th January 2024 by HAUS OF VIBE LTD: UNIT 14, PARK HAUS, 1A DOWNS ROAD, LOWER CLAPTON, E5 8QJ. It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail: 09:30 to 02:30, Monday to Sunday: late night refreshment: Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:30: regulated entertainment: 09:30 to 02:30 Monday to Sunday.
The licence register listing details of the application is held at the Licensing Service, 1 Hillman Street, London E8 1DY (Tel No 020 8356 4970). Details are also available on-line at www.hackney.gov/licensing. Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 13th February 2024. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
