What is proposed?

Application for New Premise Licence under Licensing Act 2003

I Naomi Livesey have applied for a premise licence for the premises known as Crafty Bear, Unit 1a Victoria Centre, 25 Waterloo Road, Blackpool FY4 1AD. The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: The on and off sale of alcohol by retail Sunday to Thursday 11.00 until 23.00, Friday and Saturday 11.00 until 01.00.
Any objections should be made in writing no later than 12th of February 2024 to: Blackpool Council, Municipal Buildings, PO Box 4, Corporation Street Blackpool FY1 1NA. The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
