Notice of Application for a Premises Licence Variation
Notice is given that I Nawid Amiri has on the 22nd of January 2024 applied to Peterborough City Council as the Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence for: Europa Grocery Centre, Unit 23 Ortongate Shopping Centre, PE2 5TD. For the sale of alcohol, off the premises, Mon to Sun, 07:00 to 23:00hrs.
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Peterborough City Council, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY, http://www.peterborough.gov.uk/b2usiness/licensing_and_permits/licensing_act_2003/public_register.aspx . Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 19th of February 2024. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
