What is proposed?

Mr Harris Abid, does hereby give notice that on
11th January 2024 served application on the Licensing
Authority, Worthing Borough Council and the relevant
authorities for a new Premises Licence at: Costless Express,
situated at: 31 South Farm Road, Worthing, BN14 7AD.
The application is to allow the following licensable
activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises:
07:00hrs to 00:00hrs Monday - Sunday, Opening to the
Public: 07:00hrs to 00:00hrs Monday - Sunday. Any person
who desires to make objection to the said grant should
set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds
of his/her objection and send to: The Licensing Unit,
Adur & Worthing Councils, Worthing Town Hall,
Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA Or email:
licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk. Representations
must reach the Licensing Unit no later than:8th February
2024. The application be viewed, in full, at the above
offices between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm

Information as to the date of any hearing required to
determine the application may be obtained from the Adur
& Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is £5,000.
