What is proposed?
Notice of Application for a Premises Licence made under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Take note that Meraman Sinh Karavadra has made an application to Bedford Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence under S17 Licensing Act 2003 in respect of premises known as Rajkot, 6 St Mary’s Street, Bedford, MK42 0AS. The application seeks to authorise the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol by retail, Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00.
Any person wishing to make any representation to the application should write to the Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP or by e-mail to licensing@bedford.gov.uk specifying
the grounds for making the representation by 13th February 2024. Interested parties or responsible authorities may make a written representation these should be sent to the Licensing Authority within 28 days starting on the day after the day on which the application was given to the council. Applications can be viewed during office hours at the Council or via the council’s website on https://www.bedford.gov.uk/licensing . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine is liable on summary conviction.
