Notice is hereby given that we Milan & Ava Ltd has applied to Southend-on-Sea City Council for the grant of a new premises licence at 285-291 Eastwood Road North, Leigh-On-Sea, SS9 4LT for live music & recorded music Friday and Saturday 23:00 until 01:00, sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Sunday to Thursday 11:00 until 23:00, Friday & Saturday 11:00 until 01:00, late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 until 23:30, Friday and Saturday 23:00 until 01:30. The hours the premises open to the public are Sunday to Thursday 09:00 until 23:30, Friday and Saturday 09:00 until 01:30.

Any person wishing to submit representations to our application must give notice in writing either to Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk giving the grounds of objection by 19 February 2024.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
