Name and Postal address of Premises: The Vulcan Hotel, St Fagans Museum of History St Fagans, Cardiff, CF5 6XB

Statement of relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises together with the relevant times:

1. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 01:00 hours

Christmas Day: 12:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 22:30 hours

New Years Eve: until start of permitted hours on New Years Day

2. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of indoor sports:

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 00:30 hours

3. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of plays, films, live music, recorded music, dance and entertainment of a similar description (all indoors and outdoors):

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 00:30 hours

4. The provision of late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors):

Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 01:00 hours

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Cardiff County Council, Licensing Section, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 20th February 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
