Notice of Application for new Premises licence NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: I, JAMES DANIEL MILLSOM-MILLShas applied to the Maidstone Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of: TYLAND BARN, CHATHAM ROAD, MAIDSTONE, KENT, ME14 3BD. I am applying for the following licensable activities:Sale of Alcohol (11am – 8pm)Occasional Late Night Refreshment (8pm – 11pm)Anyone wishing to make representation regarding the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Team, Maidstone House, King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6JQ.
WITHIN THREE WEEKS specifying the ground of opposition. The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours.It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.Advertisement notes: To be displayed at both gates from 01/02/24
