What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Hickory’s (ROS) Limited have applied to North Kesteven Council on 15th January 2024 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Hickory’s Smokehouse (formerly Game Keeper), Newark Road, South Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6 9NH. To vary the licensing plan for the conversion of the existing trade area into a Hickory’s Smokehouse; works to include reconfiguration of the bar servery. To include the Provision of Films. For full and further details please view the application and licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 12th February 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Manager, North Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, Lincs, NG34 7EF or via email to licensingteam@n-kesteven.gov.uk A copy of this application can be viewed at the offices of: North Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, Lincs, NG34 7EF by appointment or online at www.nkesteven.gov.uk The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
