Notice of application for a Premises Licence
under Section 17 of The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Outwoods Brewing Co. Ltd has
applied to East Staffordshire Borough Council for a
premises licence in relation to Outwoods Brewing Taproom
Unit 21-22 Station Street Business Centre Burton on Trent
DE14 1AZ to permit the supply of alcohol Tuesday to
Thursday 15:00 to 20:00, Friday & Saturday 12:00 to 22:00
and Sunday 13:00 to 18:00. Full details of the application
can be inspected at the address noted below during normal
business hours. Representations by any person or a
responsible authority regarding this application may be
made in writing to The Licensing Manager East
Staffordshire Borough Council Trent House Millers Lane off
Derby Street Burton upon Trent DE14 2NS or at
www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk. Such written representation must
be received by 14th February 2024 clearly stating the
grounds upon which the representation is made in relation
to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an
offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement
in connection with an application. The maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
