A copy of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Office, Portsmouth City Council, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, PO1 2AL. Any person wishing to object to the above application shall give notice in writing to the above address within 28 days of the date of this application. The grounds of the objection must be stated in general terms. Alternatively, persons may email any representations to the Licensing Manager at Licensing@portsmouthcc.gov.uk.
